Acceptable Use Policy
Purpose
This policy describes content and conduct that are not allowed on BulinVideo. It applies to photos you upload, text you enter (including style notes), and videos we generate for you.
Prohibited content
You may not use the service to create, request, or distribute content that includes any of the following:
- Graphic violence or gore
- Hate speech or harassment targeting protected groups
- Deceptive synthetic media that impersonates real people or depicts real people without their consent (including deepfakes and impersonation)
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights
- Sexually explicit or pornographic content
- Any content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context (zero tolerance; we report such material to NCMEC and relevant authorities)
- Illegal activity, promotion of self-harm, spam, or malware
Moderation
Prompts and other text inputs are screened automatically before generation, using automated content-safety screening and keyword filters. Flagged requests are refused. We may also review outputs and user reports manually.
Reporting abuse
Email [email protected] with the subject line Abuse report. Include the account email, a description of the issue, and any relevant links or screenshots. We aim to respond within 72 hours.
Enforcement
Violations may result in removal of content, suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of credits without refund for misuse, and cooperation with law enforcement when required.
