Terms of Service

The service

BulinVideo lets you upload one photo and generate a short vertical video. It is an unofficial fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bulin 47 or anyone featured in the original video. You will not present a result as if it were endorsed by them.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a contract where you live.

Acceptable photos

You confirm that you own the photo or have permission from the person in it, that the person is an adult, and that the photo has no nudity, no minors, and no content meant to mock or harass. We may refuse a generation that breaks these rules. The AI provider also runs a safety check.

Packs and credits

This site sells one-time video packs only. There is no subscription. Each paid credit makes one 720p, about 10-second video. A free-trial credit, when available, makes one 480p, about 5-second video. Purchased credits do not expire. Prices are shown in USD before checkout; taxes may apply.

Failures and refunds

If a generation fails, the credit for that attempt is refunded automatically, once. Payment refunds for unused packs are described in the refund policy. Email [email protected].

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are posted on this site.
