Failed generations

If a video fails to generate, the credit charged for that attempt is returned to your balance automatically. The refund happens once for that attempt. You can spend the credit on another video.

Unused packs

Unused packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been used. Email [email protected] and include the email on the account and the approximate purchase time.

How the money is returned

The payment provider that took the payment (the merchant of record shown at checkout) processes the card or wallet refund. We do not store your card number. Credit-balance refunds for failed generations do not, by themselves, send money back to your card.
